
Suzan Flamm has been promoted to Senior Council. Flamm joined JVC in January 2008 as assistant general counsel. Flamm conducts mediations, researches legal issues and drafts legal compliance tools (such as the new Jewelers Employment Manual), articles and case studies for trade publications and JVC’s Website. Flamm has held several positions in both the public and private sector. She prosecuted and investigated criminal matters as an assistant district attorney, then, as a deputy commissioner, developed investigative procedures in a newly-created anti-corruption agency in New York City. She also served as a special assistant US Attorney in the Eastern District of New York where she conducted long term grand jury investigations.
